My favorite way of processing old regrets is by painting. I love to start with a blank canvas and just go, allowing my feelings to come out through my brush strokes. Deep breathing is also a great way to ease the frustration and anxiety that can come from regret. It clears your mind so it's easier to focus on the task at hand rather than what's holding you back from moving forward. Try breathing deeply for a few minutes whenever you're feeling overwhelmed by regret and notice how much better you feel!
