The only exception brought forward by the plaintiff is that the court erred in granting the defendant's motion for judgment non obstante veredicto. The plaintiff assigns as error the order of the court in granting such motion. The facts pertinent to this appeal are not in dispute. They are, however, extensive and complicated and necessitate the setting out of the entire contract on the part of the plaintiff, and her acceptance and performance thereof, in their entirety, in order to determine the real question presented.
